  • The house was striking, with stunning decor and comfortable furniture, and it was comprehensively equipped. The 180 degree view over Port Philip Bay was a memorable backdrop for our dining, The central lift helped the older guests with creaking knees. Alex was very helpful in the lead-up, but her help was not needed during our stay, because of the extensive notes she provided. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by our entire family group, which ranged in age from 4 to 80. Thank you, Alex.

  • Deja View is a very stunning property with amazing views. Christmas and New Year were made very special by staying here with our family from the UK, Oz and China. The house is very well kitted out, beds are very comfortable and the heated pool is a lovely amenity. Mount Martha shops are a short drive away as are the great wineries of Red Hill and walks in the national park at Point Nepean. Sorrento and Portsea are also worth a visit. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

  • The views are absolutely amazing and the house itself is beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The location is quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Alex also kindly allowed us to host a small private lunch function during our stay and was super helpful and responsive throughout, including a recommendation of a great private chef who is familiar with the property. We’ve made wonderful memories in this stay that we will cherish forever and we’re looking forward to coming back in the years to come.

  • Deja View is a very spacious and comfortable house. The bedrooms are a good size, we had the beds made up to king size beds and there was still plenty of room to move around. The master suite was excellent with a large walk in robe and large ensuite. Good sized balcony with amazing views. The kitchen/living/family area was very comfortable containing all your needs. Good instructions were provided on how to use appliances/heating etc. The views from the top were spectacular, you could virtually see the coastline of Port Phillip Bay. The pool was fantastic it was still so warm and inviting regardless of the weather being cold. Alex was nothing short of amazing, as she Alex was very accommodating, helpful, and responded to your messages very promptly. I would highly recommend staying at Deja View.

  • This property is absolutely GORGEOUS, and the views are simply STUNNING. We had family visiting from overseas who didn't want to leave! Everything about the property oozes luxury. From the comfortable beds to the extra soft towels, this place has it all. The 3 x separate lounges were great (not that we needed them) and the bedrooms split over the 3 levels suited us perfectly. The lift was handy too as some of the older relatives have mobility issues. We were looking forward to lighting the beautiful fireplace, but the weather was so nice it wasn't required - maybe next time. The kitchen and butler's pantry are an entertainer’s dream!! Alex was wonderful to deal with and we can't wait to visit again

  • We had a wonderful stay at this stunning property. We are a group of 14 (3 generations) and it definitely has more than enough space to accomodate us all. The house has a billion dollar view…absolutely memorising. It is very clean, bedding is comfortable (best sleep in all the stays), kitchen appliances all work well, quiet neighbourhood … most of all, Host is very easy to deal with, prompt reply. A teenager dropped her phone in the small gap in the lift, and host came that night to assist and able to retreat the phone. Thank you for that. Overall highly recommend this property. Will definitely come back again.

Immaculately presented and fully equipped with everything possible for all age groups…including cots, high chairs, children’s toys and games etc. Alex (host) was amazing with all the pre visit information on food, restaurants, activities etc. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Deja View.

  • We had such a memorable and wonderful few days at this stunning Mt Martha property. Our extended family group was made up of 8 adults and 4 children, ranging from a one year old to a 60 year old. We had plenty of room, with ample space to spread out and find places to read, watch movies, enjoy each others’ company, or simply enjoy the amazing view. Alex gave us a long list of excellent suggestions and information about the area which resulted in several very successful outings - but most of the time we just made the most of our time at this beautiful house!

  • The place is exactly matched the photos. It has a stunning sea views from the balcony and master suites which we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset. The place is clean and peaceful. The kitchen is fully and well equipped made it a perfect place for my family to cook and BBQ some of the days during our 9 day stay. The interior decor of the house is so tastefully done and the quality of the furniture is top notch which gave us a luxurious feel. Alex was very helpful and responsive during our stay. She provided very clear checkin and stay instructions and even recommendations what to do and where to have our meals at Mt Martha during our stay. It was a wonderful and memorable stay for our family from Malaysia/Singapore.

  • Accomdation was beautiful. The experience was amazing and all of us enjoyed it immersely. We were travelling with kids. and they had a splash at the pool. Host also provided lotsa games and toys in the cabinets that kept them occupied throughout their stay. kitchen is well stocked with a BBQ pit in the balcony. Location is great with playgrounds. , the beach and attractions all short driving distance away. The photos don't do the house justice it was amazing and being on the balcony watching the sunset whilst eating dinner was definitely a highlight amongst the pool and light up floors in the night time. Alex was friendly and accommodating from the start before I even booked the property. She's very helpful to suggest local group activities and food options. Check in was easy and we had no issues. The house is well stocked with utensils and cookware so we were really impressed as most airbnbs we’ve stayed at lacked in this department. Alex is really friendly and a fantastic communicator, amazing host! If you’re stuck with what to do in the area, she has an extensive list of recommendations, although we were unable to check these places out but all sounded lovely. We truly believe there is no better spot to watch the sun go down in Mt Martha than on the balcony of this property. Spanning over three impressive levels there was room for our group to unwind and relax. The kitchen made mealtimes easy with plenty of glassware and dinnerware to select from and a glorious butlers pantry. The modern bathrooms and ensuites dotted throughout the home were stylish and impeccably clean. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious stay away from home.   • This place is truely magical, luxurious and large enough to accommodate a few families to spend a beautiful weekend here. The view from each level of the house is spectacular, beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary. The master bedroom en-suite on the second level is really huge. The pool was one of our favourite part of the house, our kids spent so much time playing in the water this weekend. Alex is an amazing host, commutation was very easy, instructions to access the building being really clear. Thanks for everything!
